2 Order and Purchase
Can I make a purchase through the hotline, live chat, or by email?
No. We only accept orders made via the website or app.
When will I get an order number?
You will get an order number after the order is submitted.
How Can I View / Obtain My Order Number?
By logging into your Huawei account and go to My Orders. Select the order you want to track. You will then be able to see your order number display on the top of the web page.
How can I track my order?
• Log in to your account by using your HUAWEI ID and go to My Orders.
• Select the order you want to track. You will then be able to see the order status of this order.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
When an item is in stock, the Add to Basket buttons will be available. If an item is out of stock, you will see Notify me instead. In this case, you can click Notify me to let you know when the item is available. Please note that we cannot guarantee how long the stock will last and if the item is out of stock again, you’ll need to sign up again to be notified.
Can I edit the order information (recipient, address, etc.) after payment?
No. You cannot modify your order information after the order is submitted. Please kindly contact our Customer Service.
Can I add another item to a placed order?
No. You cannot add extra items to a placed order. You would have to place a new order.
What kind of personal information do I have to provide when placing an order?
When placing an order you are required to enter the full name, a valid address, and contact details of the recipient.
Can I Combine Several Orders That I Have Purchased?

3 Payment and Financing
What payment methods are available on Huawei Store?
Currently available payment methods are:
• Online Banking (FPX)
• Credit Card/Debit Card
• Instalment (0% interest)
RHB (Instalment), Maybank Visa/MasterCard (Instalment), Maybank AMEX (Instalment) and CIMB (Instalment).
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay Wallet, Boost e-wallet
For Online Banking(FPX):
i.For Online Banking (FPX) method, you may choose bank from the supported list including Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, OCBC Bank, UOB Bank, BSN, Standard Chartered, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank (Personal), AGRONet, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat and KFH.
ii.How Do I Need To Make Online Banking (FPX) Transaction?
You need to have an Internet Banking (E-Banking) account with your bank. For specific procedures, please consult your corresponding bank.
For Debit/Credit Card:
i.HUAWEI offers storage of card information for registered customer, how does it work?
• After login, you will able to choose whether you wish to store your card information, once you select“Yes”， your basic card information including card holder name，card number, expiration date will be stored, and you are free to choose and use them in your next payment with a click.
• For first time visits, you need to select Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Method in checkout page, and fill in the card information in the input box. After payment is submitted, your card holder name, card number, expiration date will be stored.
• For subsequent visits, when you make payment, the card information used in the previous payment is automatically displayed in the card information input box, if you have stored multiple cards, use drop-down list to select the card you want to use. And only CVV needs to be further submitted to complete the payment.
• At the bottom of the card information input box, you can click “Edit” to edit the current bank card. Or click “+ Add new card” to add a bank card and set a default card. You can also modify the card information and set the card as the default card. In addition, you can also review and edit card info in “My account”. Up to 10 bank card information could be saved in every HUAWEI ID account.
ii. Will the HUAWEI Store verify bank card information?
• Yes. When you enter the card information in the card information input box, the system verifies the card information, including the bank card group, bank card number, cardholder name length, and the year of the validity period of the bank card. When a problem occurs in the inspection, relevant reminders will be displayed, such as "The number of digits of the bank card is invalid", and the expiration year of the bank card will not be displayed. You can click the payment button to complete the order payment only after the verification is complete.
• If you add a card group type that is not supported by the HUAWEI Store, the bank card information cannot be verified, the corresponding card group information cannot be displayed after the bank card number is entered, and the order cannot be placed and paid.
iii. What bank card information will be saved in the HUAWEI Store?
• Currently, the HUAWEI Store only saves your bank card number, cardholder name, and bank card validity period, so that you can directly use the information during the next payment. The CVV is sensitive personal data and will not be stored in the HUAWEI Store. You need to enter the CVV again each time you make a payment.
iv. Can the HUAWEI Store save bank card information during payment by all users?
• No. Card information can be saved only when you sign in the account to pay. The card information can't be saved when the guest user pays.
v. Where can I manage my bank card information?
• You can manage your bank card information on the Checkout page and the User center page, including adding, deleting, and editing bank card information. In addition, we can set the default payment bank card, the default payment bank card will be displayed in the first place. In addition, a maximum of 10 bank cards can be added. If the number of bank cards exceeds 10, no more bank cards can be added.
• When you pay again, click “Add new card” in the card information input box on the checkout page to add a bank card and set the default card. Click “Edit” to edit the current bank card. You can modify the card information and set the default card. When the number of added bank cards exceeds 10, the "Add new card" button will not be able to click, and the " The number of added bank cards exceeds the maximum limit”is displayed next to it.
• On the User Center page, you can add, delete and modify bank card information in “Card” button. In addition, you can set the default payment bank card. If you want to add more than 10 bank cards, the User Center page will display message indicating that “ The number of added bank cards exceeds the maximum limit”.
i. Supported Bank:
Customer making payment for Product by means of a credit card issued by RHB Bank Berhad (RHB), Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank), CIMB Bank Berhad (CIMB), Hong Leong Bank (HLB) or such other instalment payment partner banks which Huawei may update on the Platform from time to time is entitled to apply for the six (6) months or twelve (12) months instalment payment plan.
Only Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) issued and supports AMEX credit card; All credit cards issued by malaysan local bank can be used to pay, but only mentioned bank above support 0% interest fee.
ii. CVV Notification reminder:
Master/Visa Card: please enter 3 digital CVV
AMEX Card: 4 digital CVV - follow the AMEX official guideline
iii. Minimum Purchase Requirement:

iv. Can I pay by instalment plan?
Yes, you may choose interest-free instalment plan when the checkout value is above MYR 500*.
Your options are: RHB (instalment), Maybank Visa/MasterCard (instalment), Maybank AMEX (instalment) or CIMB (instalment).
The checkout value met the requirement of minimum purchase in a single transaction stated in Table. details about 0% instalment interest rate of each banks.
iv. What should I do if I cannot complete the transaction while using instalment payment, e.g. payment error / issue?
Please save the screenshot of the webpage error, the transaction order and contact online chat customer service for assistance with necessary order information.
v. Can I pay off my instalment in advance?
Please contact your issuing bank for assistance.
Why I cannot pay the transaction by my e-wallet: Touch’N Go, GrabPay and Boost?
Huawei provide the e-wallet payment service powered by iPay88. Please kindly check your e-wallet level and the corresponding daily/monthly limit regulated by e-wallets.

Does Huawei Set Any Maximum Transaction Limit?
Transaction limit are set by your corresponding bank. If you have any questions, you are advice to consult your corresponding bank.
What should I do if I was charged for the wrong amount?
If you believe that you have been charged for an incorrect amount for your order, please contact our customer service and provide the order number and proof of payment.
Can You Assist Me To Change The Information In The Invoice For Office Usage Or Any Others?
Sorry, invoice will only state the model, quantity and amount that you have purchased and cannot be changed.
Can an invoice be created separately for each item in an order with multiple products?
By default, only one invoice will be issued for one order. The system does not allow separating invoices for each item. If you need separate invoice for each item, you’ll need to make your purchase separately.
Why I Still Haven't Gotten My Confirmation Email after Making A Bank Transfer?
You should receive your confirmation email within the same day. If you've not received the email, please contact our customer service.
When will my order be shipped out?
Under normal circumstances, the ordered goods will be delivered within 2-4 working days after payment for Peninsular Malaysia (except Langkawi) and within 6-7 working days after payment for main cities in East Malaysia and Langkawi. However, these estimated delivery dates are indicative only and we reserves the rights to extend estimated delivery dates. *Note working days is according to Kuala Lumpur calendar, excluding the date of payment and local public holiday.
What is the shipping fee?
FOC (Free of charge) for purchases above RM100. For purchases worth less than RM100, the charges will depend on the delivery location, with the additional amount being displayed by the system during Checkout.
Which delivery company provides services for Huawei consumers in Malaysia?
Huawei has partnered with GDEX to provide on-time shipping and delivery for better customer experience.
Where can my order be delivered?
GDEX services currently cover the entire Peninsular Malaysia and certain locations in East Malaysia. For more related information, please contact our Customer Service.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays？
No, the delivery will only be fulfilled from Monday to Friday (working days).
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address. Please contact Huawei Customer Service for assistance.
I placed an order of bundled products, but I didn't receive all the items. What should I do?

What should I do if my goods are damaged during shipment?
If you item is damaged when you receive it, we suggest you to refuse the delivery. If you discover the damage after receipt, please contact Huawei Customer Service as soon as possible. We also recommend that you take photos of the damage as evidence.
Can I pick up my order at a Huawei Customer Service Center?
No, pick up service for online order is not available at the moment.
Will There Be Any Freight Fee Incurred For Replacement?
Freight fee will be borne by Huawei provided that the product meets our replacement policy. Huawei reserve the right to charge customer on freight fee for unreasonable replacement. You may contact Huawei Customer Service to confirm the shipping cost if there is any.
Why did I receive my order in separate deliveries?
A single order for multiple goods may be delivered separately due to the size of the package, the number of batteries, etc.
Can I schedule the delivery based on my availability to receive the package?

My order status says ‘Delivered' but I haven't received my item

What should I do if I have lost the warranty certificate?
We base our commercial warranty status on the device's SN number. In the case that you lose your warranty certificate, you may use the invoice as the basis for your warranty.

You can replace your products within first 7 days after you received the Products if they are faulty, subject to our Warranty Policy. Your products can only be replaced with the same type of products.
How Long Will I Getting A Replacement Once My Exchange Application Is Approved?
You will usually receive the replacement product within 7 working days (depending on stock availability) from the date that the returned defective product with all the accessories included in the original package is received by our warehouse.

What are those icons in the bottom of a thread?

How can I change my personal settings?
You can access your Personal Center by clicking your own avatar on the upper right corner on any page. You can change community-related settings in that page, however, any change on personal info such as avatar, username, phone number and etc. will be redirected to HUAWEI User Portal, a data center interface for all HUAWEI IDs.
Why do some users carry a small badge on their avatar?
The small badge is an identification for users to recognize community managing teams. There are several kinds of identities: admin, moderator, official account, and etc. You can contact an admin or a moderator for any help you need on the community. We also have service staff in the community to solve your queries.
What are medals, and how can I get them?
Medals are honor badges in the community to show a member’s achievements. The medals will be displayed under a member’s avatar, or in their personal center. You can get medals by doing daily tasks such as log in, posting threads, comment threads, and etc. Your personal medal center can be accessed in your personal center, where you can see all the medals names and your current progress.
7 About Points
What are Points?
Points are given to and used by users who have registered and logged in with a HUAWEI ID, hereinafter referred to as "users" via official Huawei channels, such as the Huawei Store app, the My HUAWEI app, or the official Huawei website, and etc. Users can earn Points from making purchases after 22th May 2022, and use them to get discounts when buying HUAWEI products from the official Huawei channels. More details and information about Points can be found on the User Center. The Terms & Conditions on the Huawei Points Program shall be applicable, kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions of Huawei Points Program for further information.
How can I get Points?
Users earn Points as a reward after purchasing Huawei products through official HUAWEI channels. The number of Points you receive is based on the final amount you pay, any amount off from using things such as coupons and Points will not be included.
If you return an item, the system will deduct the Points you received from your account when the return is finished.
How can I use my Points?
Points can be used as discounts when making a purchase through an official Huawei channel. Points can only be used for a maximum of 20% of the total purchase price for eligible orders, and cannot be used to pay for an entire order, the deductible amount will be shown in the order summary.
Do Points expire?
Points are automatically added to your account after you complete a purchase. Points are valid until December 31st of the second year you received them. You can see how many Points are expiring soon in the User Center. Once expired, Points cannot be used, this will be reflected in your number of Points.
Can I transfer my Points to another user?
You can only use Points for your own orders, Points are non-transferable.
What is the difference between Points and Energy?
Points are earned by making purchases and can be used as a discount on other orders. Energy is earned by being active and participating in official events via Huawei's various official channels. Each user receives a membership level based on their Energy value, a higher level gives you more benefits. Energy cannot be used for discounts on orders in any manner.
Why can’t I use all my Points to deduct amount when I place an order?
Points can be used to deduct a certain part of your order amount, however, the deducted amount cannot exceed 20% of the total amount of your order. Please pay attention to the “Available Points” when you are placing an order.
Rules on cheating
If a user is found to have gained or used Points by illegal methods, including but not limited to using programs, placing invalid orders, taking advantage of system loopholes, or cheating in activities, and etc., Huawei reserves the right to retract the Points, and will deduct some or all of the Points from the user's account based on the severity of the violation. If the Points gained through illegal methods have already been used by the user, Huawei reserves the right to ask the user to pay for the amount they received in discounts, or to return the product or benefit.
